We bought more flowers for our garden! I really should snap more pictures of it as it grows, it’s starting to look lovely.
I don’t know what kind of flowers these are. I love the color.
This, is an instrument used to make rainforest frog-like sounds:
I could have sworn that we got it from Mauritius, but after doing some research apparently it’s a Thai thing. Must have picked it up in Thailand. This doesn’t actually have any relevence to the day it was taken… except for the fact that I decided to photograph it. Exciting.
So after my little experience with wine the previous evening, I decided to skip out on drinking tonight, but totally had to go out what with it being a buddies birthday. Thus, I was the designated driver:
I don’t like the picture, for a multitude of reasons, but I quickly snapped it, glimpsed at it and moved on not wanting to be the weirdo in the corner taking pictures of her keys/other inanimate objects. I got a few pictures that day, but mostly of friends celebrating, no particularly special ones.
It was a good evening though. I certainly enjoyed the sobriety aspect of it.
The first of March saw me without a camera, once again, except this time I didn’t make it home in time to quickly get a picture in juuust before midnight. Unfortunately, I ended up partying the night away and paying for it very, very hard the next morning. I did manage to grab a picture with my cell, though– As somebody on my blog commented a few entries ago “the best camera is the one that’s with you”. Allow me to introduce the culprit of my very hazy evening:
Tada! Yay, a braid! I’m so excited to be able to do something with my hair other than change parting directions.
This day was Feb 29th, and I kind of wanted to get a picture representing the fact that it was a leap-year– I took a picture of my phone’s calendar with the date highlighted, but upon closer inspection of larger images on my computer, there’s something nasty lookin’ on my phone and it was a pretty terrible photo. Instead, I got something much cuter!
This is my puppy, Sugar, doing a wake-up stretch:
I couldn’t decide which two of these pictures to put up. Above is the offcial photo of the day and below is another fairly cute one of her yawning.
Soo much more interesting than the date. I love my puppy ❤
